The best RAM option for A10-7850K

I am planning to use the AMD A10-7850K in my first build I am looking for the best RAM memory option for around $60 (8GB or more). Also looking for insight on the best cooling option for the chip as well. I was planning on using the ASRock FM2A88X Extreme4+ motherboard.
