What are you planning to use it for? Hard drive? Scanner? CDRW?
It really depends on your needs, but I find that Adaptec's cards are quite good.

I second that, i have had bought two adaptec SCSI cards so far, and neither have given me trouble in any system or OS

Go with adaptec you cant go wrong
I use a adaptec card with my current CD-RW...
