The Best Ultra HD (4K) Monitor For PC?

I've been looking at monitor choices to hook up to a special computer I'm building next year. I've been thinking about getting an ultra HD monitor that is good quality and will last me for a very long time.

It displays at 3840x2160p at 60hz with DisplayPort or 30hz with HDMI (I'll be using DisplayPort), and it has a 1ms response time. Are there any better ones that are less than $1000, and between 27-32inch or is the one I found the one I should go with?

For a 270X, I'd recommend sticking with 1080p.

I'll be using it with a PC that will have an i7 5960X w/ 32GB DDR4-3000mhz and tri-SLI GTX 980/Titan II (I'm building it early next year).

Only because 60hz is the limit and because of the price premium. I'm looking for the best ultra HD monitor as I'll be editing raw footage from a GoPro 4k camera as well as gaming, photo editing, rendering etc. I was wondering if this was the best monitor under $1000.
