Hello.
My neighbor is about 150mb away and I want to share ethernet. Cat6 cable is expensive and there is a risk of damaging it.
I also think, that sharing ethernet via cat5 cable is not possible at that far distance and I can not place switch or anything between in order to strengthen the signal.
Now i think, that wireless connection is the best option, but don't have experience in this field. What would you suggest?
Any help will be appreciated.

I would not use the Picostation. The picostation is omni directional and based on older technology. If you are going to use wireless I would use a wireless bridge. Ubiquiti makes a Nanostation Loco that works well for wireless bridges. They make both a 2.4Ghz and a 5Ghz model. The 5Ghz model is preferable if you have line of site, or if you live in a neighborhood with other houses as the 2.4Ghz band will be crowded. You would need a Nonstation at each house.

If running a cable is an option I would seriously consider that if I were you. Especially if you do not have line of site. It sounds like Cat5 or even Cat6 is not going to work for your distance. You could run a RG6 COAX line and use a pair of these to make the connection: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00684E0UI/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_nS_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=3P06TDB3CDPD0&coliid=IWOQNTKXTP4X3
That conection would be much better than a wireless solution.
