i wont it for high performance gaming and livestreaming..

Both cards are pretty close. I think the gtx 770 has a slight edge in benchmarks but those depend on what games you are playing. the 280x will do better in amd games like battlefield and the 770 will do better in games for nvidia cards.

I would go for the gtx 770 since I'm having a pretty good experience with a nvidia card right now. Also I believe that the 280x was originally supposed to be cheaper than the 770 but the price shot up due to bitcoin/litecoin mining.

The 770 would do better imo and the 280xs have risen in price due to cryptocurrency mining; not just BTC/LTC, but other mini-cryptocurrencies which allow for faster profit.
