Question The big compatability question

I'm planning on building a PC soon, and I think I'm doing good so far with specs wise and having a more balanced system, but I'm struggling with ensuring if things are compatible, I'm gonna throw down my specs and I wanna know the recommended motherboard, I'll add my own too

AMD ryzen 7 5800X or ryzen 7 5700G
Msi Ventus GeForce GTX 3060 12GB
16GB g skill Trident RGB
Corsair 750W PSU

Ok I'll keep that in mind next time! I'm not sure what exact one it is ATM but I'll look further into it, I know it was a gold 750W

I would not get a 3060 12gb, when you can get the faster 6650xt, for less, or and even faster 6700xt, at a similar price.

5700x is nice and cool, boosts well and really stays cool. Very cool. Almost no difference gaming between that and the 5800x. Can usually be found for around $190ish.

For ram you may want to hunt down 2x16gb 3600mhz cl 16-16-16. It's almost guaranteed to work, prices are pretty fair on eBay. And they pop up pretty often. Those timings should indicate a Samsung B-die and those are usually work quite well from a compatability standpoint.

If you can, find a 6700xt/6750xt. Should be a much better experience assuming you don't care about ray tracing. I've had a 6700xt and now a 6900xt, both were great, stable and fast.

With the 5700x and used ram you shouldn't have any issues coming up with the extra cash for the extra performance.

If you can find a good price on a deepcool as500 Plus (or not plus) it's insanely good for Ryzen. Super quiet and just a few mm shorter than the notctua. Keeps my 5700x with a slight OC and curve optimizer to around 55C max gaming. Boosts to 4700mhz. Do make sure you will have room in your case, both are very tall coolers.

All that being said, your list is fine, just giving options. But do pay attention to cooler height, you will need a wide case, I have a Lancool Mesh II performance and the Deepcool fits fine but it's pretty close.
