The big upgrade

Ok, so I currently have a 3570k @ 4.4 ghz under an h60, 16 gb ddr3 ram, thermal take black widow tr2 850, Asus 760, asrock oc formula z77 (e-atx), a 240gb hyper 3k, Razer keyboard and mouse, and a half xb. And 1.5 tb of hdd. I was thinking of an upgrade this year, but can't decide what exactly, I run 1080p for gaming. I was first thinking the PSU since it is supposed to be bad, and upgrade the gpu to pascal if it comes out. I was also thinking of another ssd for games, and noctua fans and the corsair 780t, since my e-atx barely fits, but it manages, what are your thoughts? Any suggestions? Thanks.

I suppose you would notice the most if you swapped your GPU.

Sorry, I have no idea about PSU's.
They have something called tiers on here, tier 1 and 2 should be very good. Maybe google it?
