The Black On My Monitor Looks Wierd

Hello, I have noticed the black color on my monitor looks like it is moving around. I cant really explain it, its like a bunch of pixels are moving around but it still looks like a black color although when I look closely it looks like the pixels are moving around looks a little bit fuzzy. I do not know if this is a software or hardware problem. All my graphics drivers are up to date and I do not think that this is an issue is the graphics card as it runs perfectly and there is never any glitches. Can it be just the monitor? Is this normal?

Sounds like a defect with the monitor. I wouldn't peg your hardware as the cause unless you have reason to believe so. I would contact customer support and see what they say.

If they have no clue post back here and I will do some reading.
