the bluetooth not working on windows 7 on Hp laptop , but it was wroking on vista before ... please help me ..

Have you tried updating the drivers or reinstalling the device's software after you moved to Windows 7? That might help, as well as adding the device through the control panel.

go into your device manager and if it is listed it will be at the top of the list and open the drivers tab and hit update!
