The computer freezes every now and then that shouldn't keep happening

These are my specs:

MB: Crosshair Formula V z
CPU: FX 8320 3.5ghz
RAM: 8gb corsair 1600mhz
GPU: 7790 OC DUAL Sapphire 1gb
PSU: GX II 750 W cooler master
HDD: Western blue 7.2k RPM 1 tb
Operating system: Windows 7

Sometimes it happens after 9 hours sometimes after a day or two, I turn off my PC during night but when I'm downloading something I need to keep it on for a day or two, maybe three and these freezes happen randomly and usually when I'm not playing, sometimes it just freezes or sometimes the computer stops getting internet and then it freezes.... I was thinking about the motherboard but I really dont think thats the case, If that was the case it could happen every 5 minutes or so.. and between yesterday and now I had two

If anyone could help me I'd appreciate it

Update: it freezed at 8:28 am and I did a hard shut down now at 2:25pm it happened again

It started to happen three weeks ago and in those three weeks I had like 5 or so freezes

I was downloading doom and the computer freezed again and when I came back the download was gone and I had to start the download again

Now I got to the computer and I moved the mouse around and every application was not responding, steam, discord, everything and I could move the mouse, I tried to close them but I couldnt, I only could close discord and then everything was not responding at the cursor was ''loading all the time'' I had to shut down the PC, it wasnt frozen, just not responding
