Question The computer turns on but no display on the monitor

Hey,
I was having driver problems with the webcam, uninstalled driver for webcam, then the computer froze.
I then proceeded to force shutdown my PC then when on boot display does not work.
I have tested new cables, different monitors, and monitors on different computers and the monitors still work.
Any help would be appreciated, if you need specific information please let me know.

about a year old. Specs: Nvidia gtx 1070 unbranded 8gb Intel i7-8700 256 gb ssd and a 1 tb Hard driveo 16 gb of 2666 ram ( 2x 8 gb sticks ) Along with an optical drive and windows 10 home 64 bit
