The correct answer is 30. The multiplication is counted first, then the + and -.

1. perform all operations in parentheses ( none exist so we are fine )
2. perform all multiplication and division operations from left to right -> 25 + 25 + 5 - 25
3. perform all additive and subtractive operation from left to right -> 50 + 5 - 25 -> 55 - 25 -> 30

well unless that . is part of the calculation, in which case the result is different, but the rules stay the same.

I've seen these before, and the 'correct' answer is actually unknowable. The equation is written incorrectly.
5x5+5x5+5-5x5 = x

Order of operations says PEMDAS
Parentheses
Exponent
Multiplication
Division
Addition
Subtraction

The 3 relevant ops in bold above.

So theoretically, it would be:
(5x5)+(5x5)+5-(5x5) = 25+25+5-25 = 30
Edited for correctness

Violating PEMDAS, reading explicit left to right, it comes out to 750.

These are just written to confuse, and see what weird answers people come up with.


EDIT: OOPS. Yes....30. I left out a 5.
