Question The cpu red light of death?

Just came back to building after getting a rx6600 for Msrp. And I’ve had the pc turn on for a split second and flash cpu red light the game turn on for the split second so I thought I would need a new cpu I drove to Best Buy to get a cpu test out my theory but still the same problem occurred I then thought maybe the motherboard battery was messed up so went to best n switched the cpu for the mother only to come back find out the red cpu light still on for that split sec I now don’t know if I should just scratch the whole build and request refunds before it’s to late

Please include the age of the PSU in your build if it's been in service for a while. If you've used other gear to troubleshoot your system, please mention them as well, so we know you've tried working with other parts to rule one or more parts as faulty.
