Hello,

I am unable to open four files on my computer. Specifically two .jpg and two .tif files. I receive the error: The data area passed to a system call is too small.

I am running Windows 7 64 bit. Can anyone help?

Update your post to include full hardware specs.

Drives: how big, how full?

What software are you running when the error occurs?

Consider that Windows 7 is obsolete and it may well be that the software being used may no longer be supportable by Windows 7.

Any known updates with regards to Windows 7 or the relevant application(s)?
