the dll error

i've problem playing music files, the following message "the ordinal 571 could not be located in the dynamic link library iertutil.dll " appears . Can some one please resolve this issue.

Google the "iertutil.DLL" and you can probably find a download and to find where to put it do a search for it.

Downloading a DLL from the internet from just anywhere is a BAD idea. That is the same as downloading a random EXE and just running it! You should ALWAYS download libraries and executable from legitimate sources.
