The DNS is not responding

I am connected to wifi but my internet won't start any pages I check the problem and it said that the DNS is not responding

you can change the DNS servers on the router/network card settings.
8.8.8.8 googles primary DNS
8.8.4.4 googles secondary DNS
you can use openDNS or any other free DNS servers.
