[SOLVED] The dreaded red DRAM LED

After cleaning my PC, this dreaded calamity has just decided to happen. I have had my PC for 5 years. Did i mess up something when I cleaned it? Everything is replugged in. The PC turns on, but there is no display

Note: Due to upcoming exams I do not have much time on my hands to diagnose. Is there a quick fix?

Current Specs are:
i7-6700
Corsair H100I GTX cooler
ASUS Z-170AR
MSI GTX 960 2GB 100ME
x4 4GB Corsair Vengeance LPX (2133MHz)
250GB Kingston SSD Now SSD
1TB Seagate Barracuda
750GB Seagate Barracuda 7200RPM
Some really old DVD drive

You could just try 2 Ram sticks in the first and 3rd slots and work your way through them to see if one is defect, did you remove the CPU while cleaning? Is it sitting properly, you may have a bent pin on the CPU or the in the MOBO socket...
