The Drive Where Windows is Installed is Locked (When trying to Refresh from Windows CD)

When trying to Refresh my PC from the Windows 8 CD I get the message 'The Drive Where Windows is Installed is Locked".

I've tried following numerous guides from search engines but to no avail.

Apart from console commands to try to correct the problem, can anyone suggest any BIOS Settings that could be causing the problem?

Any other possible solutions welcome also.

Are you booting from the DVD, or trying to run it from within the existing Windows install?
