I just change intel cpu to amd, but when I can't inside windows, I try to rest it and shows the drive where windows is installed is locked. I tried a lot of methods, but none of them works.

Changing from an Intel platform to an AMD platform (and vice versa) generally means you need to install Windows fresh.

Even a device's APU/CPU has drivers associated with it, and these are associated with a Windows installation in a very intimate and intricate way.

Changing an APU/CPU, and expecting a Windows 10 instance created on the same machine, even with the same motherboard, to work "as was" when the beating heart of the system has been transplanted is not realistic.
