are you focused on only the fastest clocks? If so everyone here is incorrect. Theyre reporting what the manufacturers boost clock is but not actual boost clock under load. My card (K|ngp|n) physically boosts to 1443Mhz with no OC and is also the only 980Ti to have Samsung memory which is faster then Hynix. The AMP Extreme boosts to 1445Mhz which I havent seen any other card do, so if your basing this on base clocks alone, those would be the fastest cards.
As one other member mentioned, the fastest card isnt necessarily the one with the highest clocks.
This is moronic. The difference between cards is negligable. You will not see any difference between those cards in real life, outside of benchmarks, and if you want a good experience, go for a watercooled card, so it is quieter
