The first boot of the day doesn't work, second does.

Like the title says, the first boot of the day doesn't work. I see the post and MB screen, but no boot, just black screen. I turn the PC off by holding the power button and turn it on again, and it boots just fine.
I'm not sure if this is a problem with the MB or with the SSD, but I'm using this PC for 5 months now and this is the first problem I've faced with it.
What should I try to do? System specs are below, any feedback is appreciated.

i7-6700k @4.0GHz
GTX 1070 SC
MSI Z170-A M5 - Bios version - 7977v1D
2x8GB HyperX Fury RAM, 2133MHz
250 GB SSD 850 EVO
3TB HDD Seagate Barracuda

A little update: Yesterday I turned on gameboost and today it happened differently. The post happened normally, the Windows 10 loading screen appeared, and went to a black screen. This time, the pc restarted on its own and proceeded to boot normally.
