Hi, I recently had a problem where my motherboard would not detect one of my ram sticks. The bios and windows only detected 4GB out of 8GBs, and on boot it would have that error message. My ram sticks are working, as I switched them. It seems that Channel B isn't detecting ram anymore. When I first bought those parts, it worked perfectly fine. I don't know what to do now, please help!

Google ASROCK SUPPORT then look for your MB, see how long the warranty period is/was. Likely you can contact the place where you bought the board and get an invoice if you are still in warranty.

I guess we were so busy looking up your MB specs ... oh, wait, you forgot to post your configuration.

Does you MB have 2 or 4 dimm slots? If 4 have you tried different slots? Have you tried blowing the dirt out of the dimm slot with compressed air? IF the dimm slot is bad and nothing makes it work then see how long a waranty you have. If you are out of waranty then decide if you want to swap in a new MB or if you want to just run with a single dimm.
