The game isn't starting

When i click on mp3 icon the game doesn't start n a popup appears showing "The dynamic library 'gsrld.dll' failed to load..
Plz help me with this..

i've also found that problem in a game cant remember what i did but run the thing as administrator or in properties in compatibility mode maybe that will work
