The Gaming Update To The Old Mate

i was thinking to upgrade my old Pc but i am confused that which graphic card will work best with it, any suggestions please ..... I will play games like crysis 3, other fps games etc
budget:$65 MAX
motherboard: Intel DG31GL
Ram: 3GB DDR2
OS:windows 7 Professional N 32 bit or Windows 7 Ultimate (suggest which is better for gaming and performance and if windows 8 is good for gaming)
processor: Intel Pentium dual E2180 @ 2.00 GHz.

The build is old and a lot of GPU's will not run crysis 3 at low settings at enjoyable frames, and the 3gb ddr2 will hold back a lot and so would the CPU

so, which OS is better win7 Pro , win7 Ultimate or Win 8

windows 8 its more optimized, but windows 10 will be better in overrall because of its optimization, i still recommend upgrade the whole thing
