Two months ago, I purchased an ASUS RTX 4070 SUPER TUF GAMING OC EDITION graphics card, installed it in my PC and admired the performance up to 2890 mhz in load. It's been a while since new video drivers, bios versions, and more have been released. I recently learned about the Asus GPU Tweak III program for controlling the modes of my video card, and after installing this utility, everything started, the video card stopped taking frequencies above 2715 mhz. I've tried all the modes, I've tried deleting this program, I've pulled the video card completely out of the PC, but nothing helps, can you tell me what the problem might be?
