The GPU fan is spinning, no feed to monitor.

So, I wanted to move my PC from one room to another in order to watch a movie on my TV. Plugged the PC in, the HDMI cable too, then I turned it on. Set my TV on hdmi then I got a black screen. *this was NOT the first time I did this*
After restarting it 3-4 times, I brought my monitor to the same room, in order to test it. Plugged it in and again, no feed.
I opened the case of the PC and took a look inside, the GPU fan was spinning but there was no feed on the monitor.
I'm getting desperate here..

have you tried taking it out of the slot and reinstalling ?

I tried to take it out, but it didn't budge, so I didn't try any further, in order not to damage anything.

Edit: I'll try more in the morning.
