[SOLVED] the GPU Usage act weird ( GTX1050TI)

Hey Guys i need a small help here

1- i played apex legends on my gtx 1050ti ,, the usage is 95%-99% most of times
2- i locked the fps with profil nvidia inspector to 60fps cuz my monitor is 60hz & i notice that the gpu and cpu get hotter if the fps go above 60s FPS
3- driver of gpu is 416.94
4-my pc spec are ( i7 3770 ,---- gtx1050ti ----16Go Ram )

The problem is :
after the last update done from apex legends on ( 03-12-2019 ) the Usage of the GPU is only 70%-90% , no FPS drops
but i notice that the texture in the game load slower !!! ( means if i get closer to the object the texture takes about 2 s to get load and look normal )

i dont know what is happning is this mean there is a problem on the gpu? or somthing???

Notice: i didn't change the game settings at all they still the same

i didnt understund u,,, do you mean that the problem is with the game not my gpu?

it only happened after the last update.

did you test with other game?
