[SOLVED] The Graphic Card displays but the fans are not working...

I had a problem for couple days and it's partially after flushing the bios and hooking the Asus Strix RX 5500 XT to the second PCI-Slot which is too close to the chassis floor, and I felt great to get a display on the monitor like everything is alright but...here comes the tricky part. Although there is a display in the monitor and the GPU LEDS are on, the fans are not spinning. It seems like I am still on the system(CPU) generic built in graphic display. I have already used the DDU software to uninstall all Nvidia and AMD drivers except the Intel's and downloaded the latest AMD drivers for RX 5500 XT. It seems that the system is not detecting the GPU regardless the hooked up HDMI cable right from the monitor. I wonder if anyone has experienced this issue or has a solution. Salute!!! 😌

if you connect the monitor to the rx 5500xt, you are using it.
fan might not turn on until it reach some temp.

A lot of modern graphics cards don't spin up the fans until it hits a certain temperature. You can set a custom curve if you like in the Radeon software

Even with my RTX 2060, the fans dont kick in until it reaches 65'C.
