the graphics cards are intake or exhaust fan? its just to have an equilibrated amount of fans of exhaust and intake , gtx 1660 oc gigabyte 6g

Its an open air card, it neither takes air in or exhausts air out.
It uses air already in the case and dumps the heat back into the case, it has no impact on overall equalization of case airflow (positive vs negative)

If you have a reference design card though, it may very well be able to exhaust most of its heated air out of the case due to its enclosed shroud design.
The fan(s) are intake as to the gfx card itself. They pull in ambient air from the case to cool the GPU heatsink.

All gfx cards' fans are intake. They suck fresh air into the card to cool the heatsink (and by extension, the GPU). Can you link me to the exact card you have?
