the graphics cards are intake or exhaust fan? its just to have an equilibrated amount of fans of exhaust and intake , gtx 1660 oc gigabyte 6g
 
Solution
Its an open air card, it neither takes air in or exhausts air out.
It uses air already in the case and dumps the heat back into the case, it has no impact on overall equalization of case airflow (positive vs negative)

If you have a reference design card though, it may very well be able to exhaust most of its heated air out of the case due to its enclosed shroud design.
The fan(s) are intake as to the gfx card itself. They pull in ambient air from the case to cool the GPU heatsink.

i didnt understand , so what you are trying to say me is that the gtx 1660 3x or 3fans is an intake fan?
