The HDMI is working but the 2 DVI has stopped woking in the surround

I have set up three monitors with a GTX 660 using the two DVI out and a HDMI to DVI adaptor
But now for some reason now only the HDMI to DVI connected monitor is displaying a DVI signal the other two monitors just show no DVI signal when turned on and nothing when the PC boots up
Any suggestions on what the problem might be??

I would make sure that you have the most up to date drivers through NVIDIA and that you have your surround vision setup correctly. Sometimes surround vision will disable itself and at that point the OS only recognizes the one screen and will only load that. It's a shot in the dark, but it's worth taking.

1) Try all monitors one at a time from the SAME output.

2) Try a monitor you know works on EACH of the outputs.

3) Do all three monitors appear in the NVidia Control Panel? (set up multiple monitors)

4) Did you install NVidia drivers from their main site?

1) Yes and all monitors are working OK off the HDMI adaptor

2) none of the monitors work on the 2 DVI out from the GTX 660

3) they did show in the Nividia Control panel but then for some reason the 2 DVI stopped working

4) yes I have downloaded and installed the latest Nividia drivers for the GTX 660

So what else could it be??

Yes I have downloaded and installed the latest Nvidia drivers for the GTX 660
The surround config in the Nvidia control panel is greyed out and is just showing the HDMI connection connected

Can you try turning off the computer, plugging one monitor in to a single DVI port, taking out the adapter, then powering on?

Its new card the surround config in the Nvidia control panel is greyed out and showing only the HDMI connected
It was working first time I went into it and it configured for 3 monitors and they all showed up but after a reboot only the HDMI connected monitor worked so on going back into the Nvidia control panel I found the surround config greyed out and only the HDMI connection showing as connected.

Have tried that but still no luck for some reason it will only work off the HDMI out now
