The headphones not working properly in Windows 7

My headphones works fine but when I play music little loud it stops working but the default windows sounds still work fine.

I am using Windows 7 Ultimate.I am having problem in all media players like Windows Music player to VLC player(including games)..But windows default sounds like opening a folder works fine.
