The HP LaserJet 4250/4350/4240 setup program has encountered a severe error and

I have Windows Vista System that I can not install Networked HP LaserJet 4250 Printer. Each time I tried to install I get the following error:
The HP LaserJet 4250/4350/4240 setup program has encountered a severe error and will now exit. Restart your computer and run setup again.
I tried to run the setup again I get the same error.
The Networked printer is connetcted via 2003 server.
Please anyone with the Idea let me know,

Use Driver Cleaner Pro & Remove older drivers, if installed.
