The images on my RCA tablet are all distorted.

The images on my RCA tablet 7" voyager are all distorted and flashing. I can slightly see the android robot laying on its back with the front panel open. It shows a triangle with an exclamation mark. I have only had the tablet for 2 weeks. Any advice or solutions?

the android robot shouldn't be laying on his back - that's a sign of a problem right there! if it's only 2 weeks old, i'd quickly try a hard reset (could be a button you gotta press with a pencil tip, or holding the power switch for 10sec), and if that fails try to take it to the store for a replacement. you usually get at least a 30day in-store warranty, right?
