What is the CPU, amount of RAM, and GPU (if any) of the device?

I doubt you will be able to play any of those games (except world of tanks) without a dedicated GPU. From HP's website, I don't see the option to put a decent GPU in the laptop. What is your budget? There might be other options out there.

My budget is £400-£500 pushing is £550 could you find one for me that could run all them games ?

No, you won't be able to get anything in a laptop that will run all of those games at that budget. Battlefield 4 will be one of the more demanding PC games out there, and if GTA V ever gets a PC port, it is likely to also be quite demanding. Just about every laptop in your price range will be equipped with integrated graphics only, and won't be able to play more demanding titles with any smoothness, at best you might be able to find something with a discrete graphics card that is only slightly better than the integrated. With your budget, your only options to play all those games are:

A: Buy a console to play the titles your laptop won't be able to handle.
B: Build a desktop system.
C: Look for a used or refurbished deal on a gaming laptop, you might have better luck finding something adequate for games in your price range with that route, though don't expect any good warranty support, or a long lifespan.

You may be able to get something that meets the minimum requirements for the released games but barely. The model you mention comes in many different specs so its impossible to tell.

battlefield 4s pc requirements have been released and the recommended specs are only a 7870 and a quad core at a decent clock speed so running it on minimum at 720p might be doable but should be fine with a cheap custom desktop with an amd 6300 and something like a 7770 or a 7790 in it i dont know if thats doable in the uk as i live in nz however if the exchange rate is anything to go buy then it should be doable to get those specs in a custom pc and then you can run everything at low to medium at 1080p
