Hello
I have 4 Razer RGB devices:
All are compatible with Razer Chroma and the lighting was working trouble free on my "old" windows 11 computer.
I built up a new computer last week (windows 11 again). I re-installed Razer Chroma same as before (thank you cloud!). The Chroma Profile applies properly on all 4 devices, however, once in a while, my keyboard lighting turns off. It's only the keyboard and it's not regular (not even every day).
I have tried so far:
- Uninstall/Re-install synapse: no change.
- While the keyboard is off, to exit synapse and re-enter it: no change.
- While the keyboard is off, to change profile in Chroma Studio and re-apply previous: all devices properly reacted, only my keyboard kept black unaffected, although shown as working in the studio.
- While the keyboard is off, to change game and/or app: no change.
I'm out of ideas and would love to hear if anyone had same experience and maybe know what I could try to fix the trouble.
Thanks in advance.
