The management tool or EaseUS Partition Master 11.8 can't read unallocated partion

i have tried every soluotion in the internet appeard to me to restore the 70 gb unallocated o have lost and every time the management tool gives me the error(there is no enough space available on the disk to complete this operation) then i have downloaded the easeuse partion but it didnt even help me with any thing onley could give me view properaties tab when i click right click buy mouse on the unallocated partion but normally read my 120gb ssd and i cant format the hard ad cant afford another one too so i really need someone tohelp me and explaine how can i solve this pls

i cant because the MB doesn't even read or reach to this level its like there is no power or electricety in it
