No, normal supercars you are dead if you crash at 200mph, but in any type of racecar you would be fine.

You want to buy a car from a private seller, not a dealer. Used car dealers are trash and trying to scam you even if they seem completely honest.

I ONLY buy cars from private sellers. What is your zipcode? I'll find you something good.

Doug DeMuro(Car Writer, Jalopnik and a few other places) bought a Range Rover JUST to test out the bumper to bumper warranty from CarMax... I think that has saved him twice what he paid for the warranty, in less than two-three years...

Don't buy a range rover. I think that's the moral??

Yeah I saw it when I was out walking my dog.

I just got back from seeing a screening of the Hateful Eight. Awesome flick if you're a Tarantino and/or Samuel L. Jackson fan. Lot of killing, and a lot of blood and guts.

Well, I'm in Colorado, but I can tell you with pretty much absolute certainty, you're seeing that orange moon because of all the particulates in the air from Solimar fire in Ventura county and also probably the Rough fire up in the mountains by Cedar Grove area which is rather large. Big fires make for spectacular sunsets and moons. Not much good on the built in breathing apparatus though.

Fans after a second coat on the frames and a first coat on the blades. Still wet, so they look glossy, but will look flat and a bit darker after it dries. If Noctua would just offer some color options on their fans, they'd probably put most everybody else that doesn't offer strictly sub-ten dollar fans, right on out of business. Or at least put a lot more fan sales money in their own pockets.

Awesome movie!

Now this I like. I was wondered what the tips of the blades would look like what some kind of feathering or toning. Possibly a light dusting of orange/yellow/white mix to make it look like the fan is heating up. Like on the fins of a turbine.

Whoo, what a day yesterday. So I practically had to disassemble my entire computer just to do a few small things. First off, I wanted better cable management, so I spent about an hour zip tying and unplugging and adjusting everything. Then, I wanted to install my IO shield, so that meant removing my motherboard completely. Then reinstalling the motherboard was such a pain, the stupid IO shield has so much resistance force that it took me about twenty tries in which I had to push the motherboard against the shield to align the screw holes onto the standoffs. I also did my USB 3.0 plug which I had forgotten before, and moved my HDD cages higher up for better airflow to the GPU. And installed a wireless adapter.

Then I built a second computer out of scrap parts today. At first my CPU (Pentium) in the BIOS was hitting 51C, so I knew something was wrong. It was the stock cooler, one of the push pins did not actually go through the hole on the motherboard. I undid the other push pins and adjusted the cooler without actually taking it fully off, and now the BIOS reads 37-41C so thank goodness I didn't have to redo the thermal paste (I would have thrown something).

Wow sounds like fun! 😛 Good job though....AHHH God bless my air 540 Dual chamber! I never see any cables and No need to manage all of that cause its in the back (Partly managed doe)

EDIT: AYYY 300 pages!!! Man...where is StickG1?! He started this whole thing...I miss him 🙁 Hasnt been on here for nearly 3 months...hope everything is ok.

I need some canned air or an air compressor, strip down my computer, and dust it out... I'll do that when I get the new Thermal Paste AND some canned air, which isn't an "emergency". I also need to figure out how to get my GPU some more air... I should have ordered a small fan, but the budget didn't allow it and the E8400 likes to go at 70 C when gaming sometimes, which is a worry since the max "safe" is 73 C as per Intel's Ark site. The stock cooler does no favors, but on Idle, on a minimal boot with just the OS on, its at 56 C... Damn cheap thermal paste.

It says his last Contribution was in October, but that is still worrying... I also hope that everything is OK.

D34th - I Got some canned air right here on my desk as I always do. Want it?

Yeah it says OCT 1 so thats almost 3 months :S I mean I was gone for a while too but that was for...reasons that I know about but we know nothing about him!

You can get a small air compressor at harbor freight for about thirty bucks, which would allow you to dust the system on a regular basis (it should go without saying that this should be done outside, not in the room where it will be running, or it will all end up right back in there) which is about the price of a few cans of air. By the time you buy four or five cans of air, you could have a small compressor, and never need to buy canned air again.

Or buy a ten dollar air tank, fill it at the gas station for a dollar or at a friends house that has a compressor for free, and get several cleanings from one filling. Something to think about anyhow especially if you have lots of issues with dust buildup.

I know of those, and I need to show my mom....

I assume you mean the bottom one.
