Question The monitor will suddenly shut off but the CPU still running and keyboard not working

Hi,

Need help please I have this problem since last week, I tried to play Valorant and suddenly my monitor will have no display and I can't hear any sound from the game and my keyboard will not function. I need to unplug the PC to boot up again. I tried replacing my CMOS to fix it but after 2 days it happens again.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information,

Make and model keyboard?

Disk drives: make, model, capacity, how full?

PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition?

Disk drives: make, model, capacity, how full?

Reinstall the keyboard drivers.

Try another known working keyboard on your computer.

Try your keyboard on another known working computer.

Determine if the problem stays with your computer or follows your keyboard.

I don't think my keyboard is the problem, because when the no monitor says no display I can't hear any sound from the game.

Right now it's working fine, what I did I changed my PSU. I will monitor it for now if the problem will still occur. thanks for the replay by the way.

PSU is my 1st thought based on the desciption/symptoms you experienced.
What PSU was it, and what are you using now?

I experienced it again while playing Valorant, any suggestions to fix it?
