The most silent 120mm fan available?

Title says it all really, what's the most silent 120mm Fan on the market today, I have heard that it is the Noctua NF-S12A, just wondering if this is true or not?

Probably, Noctua is generally thought to be the best fan manufacturer when it comes to silence.

It's only a tiny bit louder and moves a lot more air making it more useful.

The Noctua NF F-12 is the quietest fan. I have 2 on my CPU liquid cooler, and I put one at max speed right next to me ear, and I had to try to hear it (my hearing isn't bad either). It also is the highest quality fan on the market too.

They are practically inaudible even when compared to massive pc fans.
