The motherboard supports 8th gen Intel CPU while the CPU the a Intel 7th gen. I am not entirely sure if the the motherboard is backward compatable but even if it did a B motherboard will not be able utilize the overclock feature available on the i7.
I do recommend this motherboard if you are wanting to use the i7 7700k. Note the Z motherboard will allow you to overlock.
