[SOLVED] The motherboard M.2 slot #1 shares bandwidth with a SATA 6.0 Gb/s port. When the M.2 slot is populated, one SATA 6.0 Gb/s port is disabled.

hi, with your settup, no compatibility issues there
if u use SATA M2 drive, one of 6 sata ports will be disabled (which still gives u 5 normal sata ports free)
your drive is nvme, so all 6 will be available
