I am on PCPartPicker and this issue appears in the compatibility check:

from manuals:
The M.2_1 socket shares SATA_2 port when use M.2 SATA mode device. Adjust BIOS
settings to use a SATA device.

also m2:1 port is pcie x2 only which will slow down your samsung
so u shouldnt get any issues if u put your samsung into m2_2 slot, its pcie 3.0 x4 nvme compatible
