[SOLVED] The mouse RBG turns on but no cursor showing on the screen ?

I recently bought a PicTek mouse for my laptop. The RBG lights turn red when I click a button but I don't see a pointer on the screen ? I've tried it with my cousin's computer and it did the same thing. If anyone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated.

Try your cousin's mouse on your laptop. If it works okay it means there's something wrong with the PikTek mouse. See if you can exchange it for another brand or get a refund.

It's a cheap, budget mouse anyway so reliability/build-quality will not be it's strong points. I suggest you spend a bit more and buy one of the mainstream brands like Logitech etc.
