The Mouth of Peace?

Aside from the brief mention in DB, do we know anything about The Mouth
of Peace? Obviously, she's a Terrestrial, and must be an ancient,
high-Essence one at that, with mastery of at least a couple of Dragon
Paths...

It just seems funny to me that such a puissant figure exists on the
Blessed Isle without any real treatment...of course, look how long it
took to show Mnemnon...

So, if anyone is looking for a powerful Dragon-Blood NPC to move their
plot along, and who doesn't come attached with any metaplot-y baggage,
give `ol girl a try...^_^

Minor metaplot spoiler:

The Mouth of Peace is actually Lilith. Yeah, yeah, all that barbarian
owl-goddess stuff is fine and dandy, but it doesn't really pay the bills.

Actually, we're given indication that she's a mind controlled flunk,
according to Chepok Kejak's flavor text in Sidereals.

She's a Mouth-Peace. Get it? Mouth-Peace!

And I think that was quite deliberate on WW's part.
