I will try to be as clear as possible.
A friend of mine purchased an MSI B550 VDH PRO + Ryzen 7 5700X, as he did not have a compatible processor for that motherboard, he had to update the BIOS without the processor.
Then my friend assembled the computer, and the CPU LED light came on and didn't go off even after waiting for 5 minutes, I immediately thought it was a CPU defect.
That wasn't the case, because he had a B450 ASROCK and the 5700X worked without any problems.

The Problem >
Here the weirdness begins, my friend brought me the motherboard I told him I would put it to work but I didn't have a compatible CPU for that motherboard I told him to wait until I had the
(R5 5600G), but I would try it with the Ryzen 5 2600 to see what would happen, despite the CPU not being compatible with the motherboard.
I put the Ryzen 5 2600 in the MSI B550 VDH PRO, and it showed and worked without any problems. So I said, man, I think it's strange that this doesn't work with the Ryzen 7 5700X, even if it was a BIOS problem, it shouldn't have started with the 2600, and I also checked that the BIOS version was updated but I didn't even redo the BIOS update. with the 2600 for fear of the CPU crashing during the update.
I thought the problem might have come from some RAM or power supply, since I tested with different material.
So I returned the motherboard to my friend, try it again but when you get the new power supply (Since he would need it for the new graphics upgrade), in the meantime he bought a new case and power supply, but we didn't have time to test it with different RAM he had, as I forgot to lend them.
He put the computer back together again, but this time the CPU LED didn't light up, but the BOOT LED did.
- Did Clear CMOS, it didn't work.
- Storage Disks, we even turned them on and off, to see if it made any difference. It did not work
I'm starting to think it's a Firmware problem with the motherboard, but the CPU LED problem was resolved, now the new problem has arisen, in the meantime the motherboard will return to me, but it will take a while to get any feedback, especially because I'm not going to buy the 5600G anytime soon, which would be a processor to be placed in a secondary PC.

The motherboard in question can no longer be returned, because the owner did not have the patience to open the RMA process, a tutorial on how to burn money by being lazy.

To satisfy the curiosity of some, he even replaced these following components.
Kolink Core 700W
which was replaced by a Seasonic GX 750W

The intention of opening this publication was to try to find a solution and help those who encounter the same problem, as many had this problem and did not resolve it.

ATTENTION, THE PC DOES NOT APPEAR IMAGE!

even if it´s not in the compatibility list of the motherboard´s manufacturers, most older CPUs are still running on B550 boards. But compatibility could be gone after a BIOS update. So it´s just luck if it works or not. If it works, only PCIe 3.0 and other restrictions are there due to the aged technology of the 2000 Ryzens.

GPU is installed? Hard drive as well?

usually without windows the boot led should turn on

Reset the BIOS by jumper ClearCMOS

try installing windows with Microsoft´s windows media creation tool and an USB flash drive

by the way, you can flash the BIOS even without the CPU, using the M-Flash button

They are not fully compatible, they are only compatible with the X570.

In the post I mentioned that the disc was removed, I didn't mention the graphics card but we also did it, it was on and we decided to turn it off to see what happened, of course the VGA light would come on as there was no video.
This is obvious not having Windows the LED BOOT will turn on, but he had Windows installed on his hard drive.
As for updating the BIOS using M-Flash, I also mentioned that it was done in the publication.

Installing Windows using a pen is useless as the PC does not display an image and the BOOT LED light stays on.

is uefi or csm enabled in bios?
I have already mentioned that the PC turns on the BOOT light, and does not display any type of image, so it is impossible to access the BIOS.
I know that when the Boot light comes on it could be due to not having an operating system, but when this is the case, the PC shows an image and an explicit message appears that there is no operating system.

But in this situation the PC does not provide any type of image.

which ssd model did you install?
the m.2_2 won't work with sata ssds, only pcie
m.2_1 supports both, sata and pcie

the clock is wrong, is eventually a jumper still in the clearcmos header?
is the cmos battery correctly installed? plus sign visible?
eventually replace the cmos battery, could be faulty

So the problem has now been resolved, the motherboard was sold to another colleague of mine who had another 5700X and it worked right from the moment it was installed. to do what it should.
A few more anomalies to join the collection on the AMD platform.
