Solution
Yes it will be good for gaming. I still feel you're putting too much into CPU/motherboard, and not enough into GPU. You'll still struggle with games such as Battlefield 3 and Crysis 3, and FC3, because your GPU is still weak.

I recommend dropping down to an i3, and a H77, and investing further into a Nvidia GPU and AMD GPU. Trust me. You'll be happier if you have a more powerful graphics card than CPU.
It will be good, but save yourself some money by getting a non OCable CPU, as you have an OCable CPU with a non overclocking board. Try an i5 3470 or an i5 3450.

The Hard Disk may be locked because its changing motherboards, you can download SysPrep before you change (Only do this for the final shutdown before you change), and make sure generalization and OOBE is selected.

I wouldn't recommend the 650Ti, its a bad value for money to be honest, unless you get it for the price range of $120. If you get it for $150, scrap it. Can you tell us how much you are getting the 650TI for?

how about h77 mobo ?

Neither of the GPU's are very good. Getting 2GB of vram isn't useful, as the 650TI wouldn't be able to use it in any circumstance. If you really want a 650TI, go for a 1GB version. Otherwise get a 2GB 7850 or a 7790, or even a 650TI boost if you can find it.

How about zotac 650 ti amp ?

or else u can tell me good gpu from flipkart under 14,000 ?
