[SOLVED] The new Mac Pro with M1 Chip for 4k Video Editing?

I currently use the Mac Air 2018 version. I am thinking of upgrading to the new Mac Pro with M1 chip. Will it work fine for 4k editing?

I have heard that for FCP, it works pretty good but takes time to render 4K in the Premier Pro. Anyone who is using the new system for editing. Pls guide.

The Mac Pro still uses an Intel Xeon CPU. It will probably be the last Mac to go to the Mx architecture. Late this year or early next year.

Are you referring to the Macbook Pro?
