does i need graphics card to play nfs run in i3 processor pc having 4GB RAM?

if you dont already have a graphics card, i would recommend getting 1.

Nvidia GTX460 is a good card and has come down in price.

The Run is built on the Frostbyte 2 engine (Battlefield 3), but is limited to 30fps. Still - you need a good graphics card to run it well

Yes, you need a dedicated GPU to run the game well. The IGP won't cut it.
