The oddest issue ever

I just built my new PC. I get hardly any noise when playing games, DS3, CSGO, ArmA3 ect... But one game in particular, a game not as nearly demanding as CSGO. Which is not demanding at all to be fair. Makes my PC make a weird high pitch noise. When I pause the game the volume of the noise decreases and when I resume it goes back up. It's really odd. Has anyone else experienced this?

Its probably coil whine, when your fps get to high, try to enable vsync, or raise settings.
