Question The Pc after along ideal time or working time starts to lag and drop frame a lot but after restarting the Pc become normal what is the problem ?

Monitor Asus MG248QE 144Hz Tn 1ms

The Drop frame was in rocket league and Rdr 2 and the pc was lagging in programs like photoshop and autocad
